Are card readers compatible with EPOS?
Our card machines are available, and we can provide an epos system into which payments can be integrated. If this is your company’s requirement, please specify so that we can tailor your quote to EPOS and payments.

Will my card machine work offline?
Yes, our card machine works offline, and it comes with a sim card, so you can accept payments even if you don’t have a connection.
How long will it take to set up my card reader?
Once you’ve been accepted by your acquirer and everything is in place, we’ll send you an email to let you know your terminal is on its way; please allow a few working days for it to arrive.
How long take to settle funds in my bank account?
It takes 2 days for settlements to kick in, and then you get daily settlements from 2 days before each day. We can offer next-day settlement options
How can we see what we are taking each day?
You will have access to a portal through which you can view real-time transactions. You can also run transaction reports and export the data.
What is point-to-point encryption?
Our card readers follow the Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) standards.
Transaction data is encrypted from the moment your customer enters their information until it is transmitted to the payment process. Once received, the payment process decrypts the data and completes the transaction.
What level of support do I receive?
Our customer service is provided free of charge for the duration of your contract. You will have access to customer service and a support helpdesk.
